Frequently Asked Questions
Will the lots have electricity?
Yes. The development will handle the process for conventional electrical connection, and the cost will be shared among residents.
There is also the option to install solar systems for those who prefer energy independence.
Will there be access to water?
Yes. Each buyer can drill a deep well, as fresh water is available at approximately 6 meters underground.
Additionally, some lots may connect to a shared water system or use rainwater harvesting systems, depending on the construction plan.
Is there a drainage system?
There will be no traditional sewage system. All lots are required to install eco-friendly wastewater treatment systems such as biodigesters, in accordance with the architectural regulations.
Will the streets be developed?
Yes. The project includes access roads for vehicles and internal pathways, preserving a natural, low-impact layout. Roads may be compacted dirt or finished with eco-friendly materials.
Is the land ejido or private property?
The land is currently ejido, but it has already received dominio pleno authorization. This allows legal subdivision and sale, and enables each buyer to title their property as private land.
Can I get the deed in my name?
Yes. While the lot is being paid off, buyers will receive a purchase agreement and official payment receipts as proof of ownership in progress. Once the lot is fully paid, the notarization process will begin to legally register the property in your name (all notarization and registration costs are paid by the buyer).
